TERMS & CONDITIONS
COLLECTION AND DELIVERY
Contact us and we will collect from either your home or workplace. Your fully insured ironing is then taken safely away and is normally returned within 48 hours. Our pick-ups and deliveries are generally first thing in the morning and late afternoon/early evening, although we aim to be flexible, so please contact us for further details. Collection and delivery is free in the local area as standard; however, if you are unavailable on the agreed time or day of collection or return, then a charge of £2 per additional trip will be made.
SERVICE
Every shirt, skirt, top or pair of trousers will be returned on hangars and under polythene wrapping. T-shirts, bed linen and smaller items will be carefully folded. We supply the hangars free however please return them with each load to avoid a replacement charge of 10p per hangar.
PAYMENT
We accept cash or cheque and we provide an itemised receipt for your records. Payment is due on return of ironed items. (Payment by cheque carries a surcharge of 50p.)
PEACE OF MIND
We carry out quality control that includes ironing all dark fabrics on the reverse to avoid fabrics developing a shiny surface and a strict no smoking policy to ensure your laundry is returned fresh and crease free. In the unlikely event of any garments being damaged we will compensate to a maximum £40 per item.
Any iron damaged or shiny items you include with your load will be returned unironed to avoid any misunderstanding regarding liability for damage.
All ironing is completed in a smoke free environment.
