HOW IT WORKS

We want to make life easy for you, which is why we try to keep things as simple and flexible as possible. We price per item so you can easily calculate the cost. You can use our service on a weekly basis, fortnightly or just whenever you feel that things are getting on top of you!

Step One

Call us on 01252 642237 to book a collection. Collections are usually in the evenings although we can be flexible to suit you (within reason). We are generally in certain areas at the same time every evening.

Step Two

You gather all your ironing together and place it into a bag. Regular customers are provided with a laundry bag for added convenience.

Step Three

We pick up from your home at the collection time. Your ironing is fully insured from the moment it enters our hands, so no need to worry.

Step Four

We ensure that your ironing is carried out in a clean, smoke –free environment.  Your ironing will be hung or folded. We provide hangars and just ask that you pop them back in the bag next time so they can be re-used.

Step Five

We carefully package your ironing using covers. Folded items are placed in laundry bags to help keep the ironing flat. We will then return your ironing to you at a pre-arranged time, usually 48 hours from initial pickup.

Step Six

We arrive at your door with your freshly pressed ironing. Payment is then due and an invoice will be provided. We accept cash or cheques. Your ironing is finished and you’ve had the chance to make the most of your free time.
